How I design personalized journeys for my clients
Every traveler is different — and that’s where every journey begins.
Travel, for me, has never been about ticking boxes or following trends. It has always been about people.
When someone comes to me, I don’t start by asking where they want to go. I start by asking how they want to feel. Relaxed. Inspired. Adventurous. Grounded. Free.
Every journey I design starts with listening. Really listening.
Before I suggest a destination, a hotel, or an experience, I want to understand who you are. What excites you. What makes you feel safe. What kind of moments stay with you long after a trip ends. Some people travel to disconnect, others to feel deeply connected. There is no right way to travel — only your way.
I take the time to hear your needs, but I also read between the lines. Sometimes what you don’t say matters as much as what you do. Are you celebrating something? Healing from something? Stepping into a new chapter of life? Travel has a powerful way of marking moments, and I treat that responsibility with respect.
From there, I begin to design a journey around your rhythm, your tastes, and your way of moving through the world.
I don’t overwhelm you with endless choices. I filter. I refine. I recommend what genuinely works for you. That means considering your pace, your comfort, your curiosity, and your expectations. Luxury, to me, is not excess — it’s ease. It’s knowing that everything has been thoughtfully chosen so you can simply be present.
I look beyond hotels and flights. I consider how long you should stay in a place, when you should move, where you should slow down, and which moments will truly make the journey meaningful.
A big part of my work comes from lived experience. I don’t recommend places I wouldn’t go myself. I share hotels where I’ve felt cared for, routes I’ve personally walked, landscapes that have moved me, and encounters that changed my perspective. Travel advice feels different when it comes from someone who has been there — not from a brochure.
Years of working inside boutique hotels taught me how much details matter — how the right room, the right view, and the right experience can change everything. I bring that same level of care into every itinerary I create.
I’m deeply interested in people’s stories. Every client brings a life full of memories, routines, fears, dreams, and desires. When you share your story with me, even briefly, it shapes the journey we create together. That human exchange is what transforms an itinerary into an experience.
When you’re traveling with a dog, everything becomes even more important. Airlines, routes, transfers, accommodations, and even restaurants need to work together so the journey feels seamless and stress-free. Thoughtful planning makes all the difference — for you and for your companion.
I also believe that the best trips leave room for the unexpected. While I plan carefully, I intentionally design space — for spontaneity, for rest, for magic. Some of the most meaningful moments happen when there is time to breathe, wander, and follow intuition.
Designing personalized journeys is not a transaction for me; it’s a collaboration. Built on trust, honesty, and attention to detail. My goal is not just that you travel well, but that you return feeling inspired, expanded, and more connected — to the place, to the people you met, and to yourself.
That’s what Aratravelers is about — designing journeys that feel effortless, beautiful, and deeply personal.
Because when your journey is designed for you, it becomes something you’ll remember forever.
